This weekend we went to the Chinatown Festival. Highlights included grilled meat on a stick

Designed by architect Thomas Pomphrey and built in the 1930s in the Art Deco style. The plant was nicknamed the Palace of Purification for its Egyptian tower, Byzantine facade and opulent construction materials that include marble and brass.

We took my parents on a harbour cruise and I was able to snap the quintessential Toronto photo.

I went to visit Cody and Jen in Rochester and ended up staying for about a week. Activities included a visit to the Bills training camp, shooting arrows, eating from Cody’s garden and hiking at Letchworth State Park.
